  • 3 medium zucchini, spiralized (I use a Veggetti) or cut into thin lasagna strips
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium
  2. Add zucchini, garlic salt, and pepper
  3. Turn zucchini in olive oil several times to coat
  4. Cook 5-10 minutes or until zucchini reaches desired tenderness

Yields: approx 4 servings
Carbs: 4.5 carbs
